Opportunities for free publication in Elsevier publications

Dear colleagues,

The Ministry of Education and Science (MES) has signed an extension of the national subscription contract with the publishing house Elsevier until February 28, 2029. for providing access to information in the electronic databases Science Direct, Scopus, Analytical report Scopus, and the analytical platform SciVal.

The agreement provides free Open AccesspublishinginElsevier’s hybridjournals for Bulgarian authors working in higher education institutions and scientific organizations, including MU-Varna. The new agreement removes quotas for the number of free publications.
