Elsevier Publishing Company provides open access to the prestigious group of medical journals The Lancet until August 6, 2021. Open access is available through the ScienceDirect database at http://bit.ly/SD_TheLancet.

The Lancet is an independent, international general medical journal founded in 1823 and developed as a group of journals in different areas such as: Health for children and adolescents, Diabetes and endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Haematology, HIV, Psychiatry, Respiratory medicine, Rheumatology.
