Acland’s Video Atlas of Human Anatomy is a series of anatomy lessons on video presented by Robert D. Acland, a professor of surgery in the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. This 3D video atlas with 360 view of specimens is the optimal anatomical learning tool, praised by the British Medical Journal for its crystal clear presentation of human anatomy.
The Atlas is comprised of 5 volumes, organized by regions: upper extremity, lower extremity, trunk, head & neck, internal organs. The series uses unembalmed human specimens to illustrate anatomical structures, accompanied by lectures and explanations.
