AcсessMedicine from McGraw-Hill is a comprehensive online medical data base that provides a unique collection of examination and procedural videos, leading medical textbooks, etc. MU-Varna maintains a subscription to AcсessMedicine for a 6th consecutive year.
To facilitate distance learning AccessMedicine has developed a comprehensive distance learning toolkit. In addition to all its online resources, AccessMedicine released a new free to use “COVID Central” resource centre hosted. It is available as of March 19th with daily contributions and weekly updated developments and analysis. In charge of “COVID Central” is e Dr Anthony Fauci who is one of AccessMedicine editors of Harrisons Principles of Internal Medicine and the leading spokesperson to the US government on COVID-19.
