AccessSurgery, AccessEmergency Medicine and AccessPharmacy are Available until the End of June

Three of McGraw-Hill’s AccessMedicine specialized databases – AccessSurgery, AccessEmergency Medicine and AccessPharmacy, are temporary available to faculty, academics and students at MU-Varna. Free access is authorised till the end of June. Users can benefit from the already created by the Library of MU-Varna, user names and passwords for remote access to AccessMedicine.
AccessSurgery – is a surgical education and training resource featuring Schwartz’s Principles of Surgery, procedural videos, Q&A to surgical inquiries – all in one place. It includes leading surgical textbooks such as Schwartz’s Principles of Surgery and Zollinger’s Atlas of Surgical Operations, a unique collection of surgical videos and animations with step-by-step how to perform basic and advanced surgical procedures and integrated drug database.
AccessEmergency Medicine provides quick diagnosis and treatment answers for a broad spectrum of complaints encountered in the ED, ranging from neurologic and pediatric emergencies, to poisoning and trauma. It includes emergency medicine textbooks, procedural videos online, Q&A; Integrated Drug Database.
AccessPharmacy provides leading pharmacy textbooks, including DiPiro’s Pharmacotherapy: A Pathophysiologic Approach. It offers a unique multimedia collection featuring detailed drug interaction animations of complicated concepts, adapted from the world’s most respected medical text in pharmacology, Goodman & Gilman’s The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics, plus evaluation and treatment recommendations from Pharmacotherapy.
